The dropdown menu has been streamlined for better usability. The bug report option has been removed, and under the Support section, you will now find two options: Helpdesk and Write to Support.

Our Helpdesk continues to be available and is constantly being expanded with new, easily accessible articles. This resource is designed to provide you with quick and straightforward answers, minimizing the need for additional support.

Write to Support
For direct communication, choose "Write to Support" to reach us via email. This method allows for faster and more direct correspondence, ensuring efficient handling of your queries. Please note that the helpdesk does not display our email address to prevent spam. Therefore, using the "Write to Support" option is the best way to contact us directly.
